Established in Bourges’ historic city center in February 2015, Centre Commercial Avaricum is one of the leading shopping destinations in the Centre-Val de Loire region.

The Avaricum shopping center boasts a 349-space indoor parking lot.
It is open Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 19:45 and on Sundays from 07:00 to 13:15 (open 24/7).
Since December 1st, get 1h15 free parking, on top of the 45 minutes offered!
For any purchase made in a store or restaurant in the Avaricum Shopping Centre, present your Pcard at the checkout and each shopkeeper*, using a tablet located at the checkout, will record the Pcard number or scan the QR code associated with the customer account to grant time credit, with no minimum purchase required.
Pcard: free, no-obligation card, to be purchased online via the Interparking website. This card is available in two ways: in physical format or via the Interparking app, available on IOS and Android.

Avaricum is surrounded by a cycle path and is accessible by bike and/or scooter.

Since September 2024, Avaricum is no longer directly accessible from the free shuttle bus in downtown Bourges.

Avaricum can be reached from the train station. It’s a 10-minute walk via avenue Henri Laudier and boulevard de la République.
